We’ll start with an open dialogue to explore what’s holding you back, then together, we’ll decide on the best tools for you—whether it’s practical strategies like reducing screen time before bed or healing practices like Breathwork, Reiki, or Sound Meditation.
After the session, I’ll send you personalized resources and practices to support you in implementing the changes we've discussed.
