About Callie

In 2020, I hit rock bottom. Years of pushing myself led to severe burnout—insomnia, anxiety, and constant panic attacks. My endless pursuit of productivity and external validation had disconnected me from my core needs.

I realized that healing wasn’t something anyone else could do for me. I had to start with the basics—improving my sleep, routines, and understanding my habits.
Using tools like Human Design and Breathwork, I slowly rebuilt my well-being and discovered that lasting health comes from strong, sustainable foundations.

This experience inspired me to create BetterOS, where I coach high-achieving professionals who are feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We focus on improving sleep, building healthy routines, and understanding personal energetic patterns.
By strengthening these core areas, my clients learn to manage stress more effectively and create lives that feel more aligned and less exhausting.
